At Oseila Beauty, we process all orders within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days will typically begin processing the same day, while orders placed after will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping Time

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after your order has been processed. Please be aware that delivery times may vary slightly due to remote or long-distance delivery locations and occasional carrier delays.

Express Shipping Options

Faster express shipping options are also available at checkout for eligible US addresses. Shipping rates for express options are calculated automatically based on your destination. Please note that free standard shipping applies to all orders regardless of size or amount, and no minimum purchase is required to qualify.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress until delivery.

Standard shipping is always free for all orders shipped within the United States. Express shipping rates vary depending on the destination and shipping speed selected at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or lost packages. Oseila Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly at oseilabeauty@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement.

International Shipping

Currently, Oseila Beauty ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
