Return Window

You may return most items purchased from Oseila Beauty within 30 days from the date you received your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
• Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Seller-Fault Return Reasons

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at oseilabeauty@gmail.com. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you, including providing a prepaid return shipping label when necessary.

Damages

We take great care to ensure your order is packed securely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us process your claim swiftly.

Exceptions

• Opened or used beauty products and cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product in accordance with our return conditions. Once we receive your returned item, you may place a new order or contact us for assistance with an exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel via email at oseilabeauty@gmail.com. Returned products must comply with the standard return conditions stated above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller fault.
